Senior Account Director - maternity cover role

We are looking for a Senior Account Director with excellent CRM, Customer Engagement / Experience, data and tech experience.

This agency is a leading creative agency, one of the best out there, and they work with some outstanding clients. They're looking for a Senior Account Director to start relatively soon as their current Senior Account Director is going on maternity leave. The Senior Account Director will join an excellent team of people and you'll help to lead and direct the CRM work for a huge global brand. 

The Senior Account Director will report into the Business Director and Managing Partner, and you'll help to lead and orchestrate the customer experience work for this brand at a global level. The Senior Account Director needs to have very strong CRM / CX experience, and you will have ideally worked in the leading agencies who deliver CRM work for their clients. 

We want a Senior Account Director who gets and understanding data, technology, and how to drive best in class CRM work for their clients. The brands is huge, and because of their product and offering, the creative work they develop is excellent. Any Senior Account Director joining the team must be strategic and creative, with the ability to lead and direct clients and inspire.

You'll have excellent attention to detail and will be a Senior Account Director who thrives off working within a team and agency dynamic. The Senior Account Director will work very closely with the wider agency group, we therefore need a Senior Account Director who understands integration and how to work in partnership with other stakeholders.
