Our client needs no introduction to anybody working in marketing around the world. They are a globally-famous network who have nurtured exceptional relationships with a raft of blue-chip brands.

They are therefore able to appeal to amazingly talented people who are attracted by the combination of award-winning work and trusting senior managers.

Among their recent account wins, the agency has brought on a very famous consumer brand who need support across their customer experience programmes.

You will be joining an integrated account so although the focus will be on CX there is ample opportunity for you to stretch your wings and work across other channels.

Unfortunately, this isn't a role for somebody stepping up into an Account Director role. You'll need to be a proven AD or even Senior Account Director with a strong background in CX.

Due to the nature of the account, they need somebody with strong strategic chops but who also shares the team's collaborative approach.
